Shoulders hurt when punching
During training i can be boxing or kickboxing and after about 15 mins my left shoulder is completely gassed out. it's tired, the gloves feel like they wieght 100 pounds and my technique becomes sloppy. whats the problem here? i've taken the steps to run alot more, work out with heavier wieghts and concentrate on the technique rather than speed but it's all the same..dead tired and sore within mins..what should i do to over come it?

One of two things is happening here. The first, and most likely, is that you're simply suffering from muscle fatigue. It takes a few months to build up a good tolerance to the constant jabbing/hooking, and it's simply a matter of time and practice to rectify the problem. The second possibility is that you've seriously fucked up your shoulder, like I did, in which case you need to go to the doctor and get it checked out.

Are you getting the pains when doing other things? Do you find it hard to lift things at certain angles (like when your arm outstretched to the side)?
Its not always that simple to diagnose as the shoulder is complicated, but you may have a small tear in your rotator cuff.
I've torn mine twice. I had it fixed with ultrasound, but throwing hooks aggrevates it. Go see a doctor if you can - if its a minor tear, you can probably get it fixed through physiotherapy. If you tear it more, surgery will be an option

Well there's strenght (the ability to lift heavy things), cardiovascular endurance (your hart's/lungs' ability to bring oxigen and fuel to your muscles) and muscular endurance (your muscle's ability to use oxigen and fuel).
Now, if you lift heavy (strenght) and run often (cardio) you are still missing out on muscle endurance work.
Now, that should come from all the sparring, bag, pad work and shadow boxing. However since you are obviously in need of a quick fix just do this: hold a coupla 5-10kg dumbells to your chin and shadowbox. Practice your footwork, faints, head movement... DON'T. PUNCH! Do it till you can no longer keep your hands up. If that takes more than 5 mins up the weight.

How tight are you clenching your fists?
Seriously, clenching your fist tight all

The problem is simply your shoulders are weak for punching and keeping your guard up. It's very common and there's no big mystery behind it. What should you do to stop it? Keep training, this magical thing will happen, they'll get stronger.

If its a issue of shoulder strength you should do the following drills.
Take light weights 5kg or less and punch at an 45 degree incline for 1 min this will be incredible difficult at first. (Remember to keep the punches at fast rythme but not to snap the punches and fully extend them or you will have an elbow problem to go along with your shoulder problem)
In your focus mitt drills your coach must call ten second and then for ten seconds you should square off and throw continuous punches on the mitts. Continue as normal after 10 seconds. If you can do a 5min round of normal focus mitts with 5 ten second of these special ten seconds in them you can do anything
Three months of this and you will never drop your hands again

Running is aerobic. You're burning out on anaerobic endurance.
Keep training.
Consider complexes.

As long as the Sport of Boxing has been around, I can't ever recall a single correlation between running and shoulder strength problems.
