hrmm, i always though the double end bag should be at chin level and have more rebound...I guess i'm an idiot.

You did notice he was the tallest out of the 3 working the bag right? I think it's lower because of that.

And that's about normal rebound for working on hand-speed.

Great video! His double end bag work looks amazing. While his training partners sometimes miss shots during their combo's, he hits it everytime.
