Awesome tutorial, Kyryllo!! Great ideas for footwork drills. I like the simplicity of using a skipping rope for a line.
Can't wait for the spinning hook kick!

Thx
The skipping rope is OK if you have no lines on the floor and can't draw them, but if you are a bit unsecure about your steps and eventualy step on it you may injure your self, might give more consentration into the practice though. __________________

nice drills, it almost seems as you can substitute the ladder with a jumprope judging by the drills you chose. If thats the case.... im in luck
