I train at Sitan and I live in Jamaica like 5 minutes away from St. Johns. Actually I went to St. Johns for a couple of years. Anyways Sitan is really good Muay Thai school and I highly recommend it. It's very affordable too. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Borodins is a good gym if your Russian. The class is taught mostly in Russian, if your not one of there's then your a punching bag for his guys. I used to go down there to spar, hard fighters & great gym, but Borodin prefers his own not to crazy about outsiders coming in too much.

i saw a couple of his fighters. most of them are brawlers. very heavy on the boxing. almost very no clinch. i remember one of his fighters demitri something, he had very quick hands but he kept on trying to punch out of the clinch.
