Muay Thai Knockout DVD with Kumron Vaitayanon #10466

Anybody know anything about this DVD? I was thinking about ordering it for a friend.

Thanks

It's like an intro to what Muay Thai is and looks like during one class. It doesn't offer any helpful info about anything. If your friend has no clue about what Muay Thai is, this may help him see what a typical class looks like. But don't expect to get any info on how to punch, elbow, knee, kick or anything else.

Oh, they show you how to wrap your hands and a little bit of the wai kru dance.
