mma with plate in my wrist

so i have a broken wrist and the doc said there is a small chance i may need a plate in my wrist. would i be able to punch/etc with a plate?

Depends how good your surgeon is and how well your rehab goes. Rich Franklin's hand is about 95.8% metal plates and screws. Take it slow and u should be fine.

Be careful. My brother had a similar injury in one of his fingers, and he didn't take it very serious and has arthritis at the age of 22. I don't know your particular case but just be careful.
