Barrera beat the pants off Hamed.
Neutralized the jab-and-run, and the crazy concussive KO power of hamed with angles, combinations, and dizzying hand-speed and accuracy.
Plus, he didn't let Hamed's head games get to him.

Man he won in 2000... but look at that Wandy-like eye.
edit: one nice HL with a couple of really amazing fight scenes... never seen a boxer using his rear hand to actually knock someone down with a straight bodyshot.

It's rare but it happens.
And Erik does have a single win against Barrera, same with Pacquiao, but he doesn't fare so well in Trilogies, with two losses to Barrera, and his last fight against Pac being the first time he's ever been down OR KO'd.
But he's a very very good fighter. Long experience, tough as nails.
