kickboxing..

the work out really depends on the instructor,

we do a warm up
then usually some focus pads
then the thai pads for putting punches, kicks(mostly roundhouse), and knees together
then sometimes we use sheild pads for things like back kick, side kick, push kick etc..
then sparring..

i might be missin somethings but thats the basics

Kickboxing.
Well actually we very rarely use focus pads or heavybag in the session time.
My trainer owns the studio, so we come like everyday to work on the bags.
In the sessions we usually worm up, strech, shadow boxing (shadow kickboxing ^^) for ~3 rounds. Then work on combos on each other, the combos are given by the teacher and we pratice them untiil the body is used to the movement. Then light sparring for ~5 rounds, usually we switch partners after 2 rounds.
Then 1 round of shadowboxing, stretches, group hug, and then head home.
