Improve your stand up fighting skills in Amsterdam!!!

Always dreamed about training with the great Dutch warriors of the K1. This is your big chance to make your dream come true.
The legendary Mejiro Gym in Amsterdam organises a K1 summer camp. Are you eager to get acquainted with the famous fighting style of Mejiro Gym? Then you are welcome in Amsterdam, starting july the 16th. The camps are held in the well known Dojo in the centre of Amsterdam.

Mejiro Gym has trained a lot of great fighters who conquered a number of titles around the globe. Rob Kaman, André Mannaart, André Brilleman, Fred Royers, Milo el Geubli, Leo de Snoo, Paul Lamoth, Bob Schreiber, Peter Aerts, Remy Bonjasky are big names in the world of the muay thai / kickboxing. And they all started their career at Mejiro.

Former multiple world champion and K1 success trainer André Mannaart organises this summer training camp. He inspired and trained many K1 stars and champions. A lot them from Japan and the USA. Today, many fighters from all over the world visit the Mejiro to develop their skills and to prepare themselves for big events.

You don’t have to be a fighter to join this camp. The only thing required is some basic technique (knowing how to kick and punch) so we can work on this.

This is what we offer you in the fighter camp:
- Exlusive and practical striking techniques.
- Attacking with punches.
- Counter attacks
- Work the heavy bag.
- Prepare for a fight.
- Train and form devastating combinations.
- Clinch and knee techniques.
- Read your opponent.
- Mental preparation.
- Breathing exercises and yoga stretching.
- Tips for training yourself.

This is in the package we offer you:

- Two times a day intense training working on the elements above. Every camp includes 5 days of intense training. We promise that you will go home with a more solid package of fighting ability then the thai camps offer you.
- A great time.
- We give you a Mejiro Gym certificate by the end of the week.
- A great group of new friends so you can build up a global network of fighting buddies.
- We can help you with booking a Hotel. You can share a room with a roommate what makes it cheaper. The hotels regularly include meals as well.
- Transportation trough Amsterdam is for your own cost. The public transport is very well and not so expensive. Your in the centre of Amsterdam so most sightseeing you can do by foot.
- We will show you Amsterdam by night. The dojo is located in the centre of Amsterdam so great for combining the training with seeing sights. But take your rest after the training sessions!

Quiet before the storm

The costs for this training camp:

- The price of the training camp is 400 euro per person.
- If you come training with a bigger group we can lower your prices for the camp and maybe arrange a nice deal with the hotels as well.
- If you come with a group that is 10 persons or more we will charge 300 euro per person.

What you need to know:

- Every camp includes 20 persons. Everybody that has a little experience with kickboxing is welcome to join the training camp.
- At the end of the week you will go back home with a great package of skill and knowledge. We offer you more practical fighting strategies then every thai camps will offer you.
- We will have more trainers walking around when Sensei André Mannaart is teaching so they can offer you help as well. These trainers are all retired and active top fighters from Mejiro Gym Amsterdam.

When do the camps take place? :

- The first camp is from the 16th of July till the 22nd of July . Sunday the 16th of July you will arrive and can chill out for one day. On Monday the camp starts till Friday the 21st. At the 22nd of July you will go home.
- The second camp is from the 23rd of July till the 29th of July. Also on Sunday you will arrive and on Saturday you will leave.
- The third camp is optional. But will be the week after the second.

Why do I know how much one dollar is compared to an euro? And you don't?
1 euro = 1.26 dollar

So 300 euro = 377 dollar
and 400 euro = 503 dollar
