I try to train 5 days a week from 1 hour to 3 hours depending on that day's workout. I do not always get to do this due to my job but I rarely fall less then 3 days a week. Good luck and have fun.

Muay thai 3-4 times a week, grappling twice, lift 3 days a week, conditioning almost every day. About a day off a week.

alot less now because of the full time job but when i was unemployed and broke i lifted every day for about 1 1/2 hours then did 30 minutes of cardio and trained for 2 hours. every day except saturdays and sundays in which those 2 days i just lifted and ran.
