I put weight in my hands sometimes..But moreso just to increase my shoulder and arm endurance ....hands will stay up longer when I get fatigued.

I was on board until it had to nix plyos. Problem is, that contradicts its own text. If shadow boxing with weights doesn't help because it is not practicing the movement at the same speed as the actual movement, then it serves to reason that plyometrics, which mimick the exlosion and speed of the movement, would be more helpful for building that kind of speed strength. I'm calling BS on that statement.
