I just want to thank everyone who contributes this and S&P as you all have inspired me to get back into shape and chase a dream. I started a training log and I've began to fall in love with standup. Thank you all.

Well I've trained at Longo's a few times but I'm training mostly in the Bronx ( I work there) so it's easier for me to go straight to the gym after work then head home.
