It is really good, but i need a new training area, because when Im at my camp were doing something already, and when Im at home I have a 60 pound bag and no space to circle, and it just moves too damn much and is too small.

KK, this is a great workout that I do when I don't go to MMA. The only question I have is how I should go about adding in Elbows/Knees/Kicks for Muay Thai. Could the last round (the progression), be close range weapons like elbows/knees/kicks instead of close range boxing work?
