i also hear marathon runners do this. last night while running on the treadmill i felt that i hadn't taped up my nipples so it kind of affected my run. now they are sensitive and hurt

my bag is lacking a lot compared to you guys

muay thai ankle protectors

theres some huge sounding bags in here.

I'd go with, (MT only)

bag gloves
sparring gloves
wrapps x2
ankle supports
water/powerade etc..
towel
mouthguard
headgear
legpads
cup
linament, tigerbalm
training clothes = thai shorts and t shirt

I take the sparring gear out if it's not on.

P.S
my bag is a Twins "blood fighter" which not only looks cool it fits all this shit in and has pockets left over.

Maybe I'm just a germ freak, but no one has mentioned any kind of cleaner. Maybe an alcohol based sanitizer in case you lend someone else gear, or get some unwanted liquids on yours. Nothing big, maybe just a small bottle or something.

Wait a minute...what are "benwa balls"?....from my understanding, they're those sex toys where it's a string of balls that people stick into their asses...

aren't they just called anal beads?
clue is in the name i think haha
p.s.A lot of you fellas are either very small with huge bags or you are lying
theres no way i could fit in all that stuff aswell as my gi
if the gi is in, then i can get one pair of 14-16oz gloves, one pair of mma gloves and a headguard with small things like tape and stuff and my bag is big enough for me not to want to carry it for more than 100yards at a time
