this may sound strange but i also use it to somtimes tape up my nipples. cotton shirts irritate my nipples during training so a lil piece of tape over them helps protect them
i also hear marathon runners do this. last night while running on the treadmill i felt that i hadn't taped up my nipples so it kind of affected my run. now they are sensitive and hurt
