Fist Conditioning

I really have no idea of what effective fist conditioning is like and I've only heard contradictory things. Anybody know anything concrete they can tell me about conditioning my fists?

I've done some & think it is worthwhile, especially if your focus is 'ungloved'.

Try punching sandbags. It will make your hands hurt and bleed at first but over time you will be able to punch through walls. Be careful not to go to hard at first because you may break your hand

use grip training using both the hand and finger tension, also wrist and forearm training. You can do it anytime and the stronger your grip, wrist and forearm the tighter your fist becomes and the less likely you are to break your hands or wrists.

Knuckle pushups were always known to work to strenghten the fist and knuckles plus the wrists so u can take more of the shock, alot of martial artist use it

Just do some bag work outs. It will come w/ time. IMO, punching shit til your knuckles bleed is stupid, pointless and a macho looking way to take yourself out of practice until you heal. Go for light gloves, it'll toughen up after awhile.
