Which fighter has the best defense
I was just wondering which fighters you thought had the best head movment and defence against strikes so I can get a visual idea of what makes them so good

Good post. While I may not agree with all the picks, it addresses the fact that, the definition of defense changes with the type of the combat sport.
Defense as a boxer and defense as a MMA fighter have a different definition. The MMA fighter has many more strikes to defend, TDs, and all the stuff that can happen in the clinch and on the ground.
Please do not turn my post into a versus thing, just elaborating upon why I liked the post I quoted.
