K1 - Muay Thai - Ernesto Hoost - K1 Super Techniques

It's a 556 MB file. The duration is 56 minutes. Ernesto demonstrating techniques with Ivan Hippolyte, Jan Plas and Johan Vos. This video was made a couple of years ago for the Japanese market. Hoost fans will recognise some bits from highlight clips.
