Around it.... for instance you can bob underneath and throw a combo when you come back up on the other side....

no..i do the same thing..when it starts to lose momentum i give it a nudge....but somtimes ill leave it stiil and do footwork drills around it never taking my eyes off of it

I would have throught shadow boxing would be the most important one...

**Update** Bombed out in 2004 Olympics, missing all three attempts on a 157.5 snatch in 77 kilo division. Bad luck !

I think shadowboxing is good once you have some good technique down..first starting off i would work with your kru or instructor on a few drills
