drills for head and foot work

i was sparring yesterday and my standup is crap so i was wondering if anyone has any drills they know to work on head movement and foot work.

here is one for footwork. Some foot work/ foot coordination drills video.

A double end bag or slip bag(i think that is what they are called) are good for head movement.

Slip bag is great..also work with a pad holder in throwing some punches and doing some head movement drills

By yourself you can duck under rope. Don't know what the correct term for that is. You should also do a SHIT LOAD of jumping rope for footwork.

TapSD I have one of those from RINGSIDE. The only prob I have with it is that it stops swinging to fast once I shove. SO I might get 4-5 medium paced slips in before I push it again. Am I doing something wrong?

You can do that or just slip(small head movements) you of course add combos too.

k thanks do i throw the combos around the bag or hit the bag casue u said u have to push it after 4 or 5
