Does shadow boxing training help out in MMA?

I've been boxing for about three months, and I've been shadowboxing as a warmup for about two months. In your opinion, does shadow boxing actually help out your technique in MMA?

For sure...I shadow 3 to 4 rounds for warm up and it has a noticable difference in my technique combined with pad work and lots of sparring

sure does, shadow boxing is a time for you to look at your technique and analyse it, thinking of ways to improve it
