Different types of training needed to win

I was just thinking about it the other day all the different aspects needed to train in to win a k-1 rules match. I am trying to think of all the different types of training and hopefully you guys can add to his list because i haven't found one on the internet and am thinking of taking a fight soon and want to train in all areas. So far this is what i have come up with:

- Weight Training
< heavy for strength, light for endurance/definition
-Plyometrics
-Calisthetics
< push ups, situps ect.
-Running
<sprints for anerobic, long distance for aerobic
-Shadow Boxing
-Technique
< Practicing every move individually
-Jump Rope
-Heavy Bag
-Sparring
<Clinch,Boxing,Knees,Legs
-Foot Work Drills
-Pad Work
<Focus mitts,thai pads
-Body Conditioning
<Shins/legs,body
-Cardio
< Other forms like swimming/cycling

Thats about all i can think about if anyone else can give additional areas or web sites it will be greatly appreciated, my goal is to make a perfect list that eveyone can improve aspects of their game they don't already train in.
