Maybe old..im not sure but Buakaw's technique is always so crisp..something to aspire too

Seemed like he was going soft and working on technique more than power there. Looks like the pad holder still takes a lot of punishment though. Thought it was interesting that he went to the outside leg kick when he grabs the leg. I go inside to sweep or straight knee when doing that in padwork.

That one is excerpted from a documentary about JWP and K-1 Max. If you ever get a chance to watch the whole thing, I highly recommend it.

I go straight knee....the times I was in Thailand the pad men usually got abused..some of it is show if a camera is around
