The boxing gym?

A new gym called "The Boxing Gym" opened up in the town where my girlfriend lives. She lives near St. Louis and there are a bunch of them around here. It looks like a franchise.

I haven't been in one, but from the outside it doesn't look like a serious gym but more catered toward regular people looking for a workout. The have big signs that say "Cardio boxing" and "cardio kickboxing" on their windows.

I was wondering if anybody knew anything about these gyms. I'm thinking about training there but if its not a real boxing gym, then its not worth my time and money.

Dont just assume its a McDojo/Gym just because of what it says on the signs. They might run 'boxercise' classes just to bring in some extra money.
