boxing clubs in the south of sydney?

Hey gents,

Does anyone know of some good boxing gyms in the southern suburbs of sydney. Preferably around the Rockdale, Kingsgrove, or even Newtown area?

I moving from the North Shore where I used to train for $20 a month with solid instructors. Looking for a good no frills gym, and to avoid air-conditioned cardio mum gyms.

Any one have reviews of local gyms, preferably including montly dues? (I'm a uni student and $20 a month I was paying was awesome, no more instant noodles)

Has anyone ever tried boxing at a PCYC? what's the quality of training like there, and what are fees?

Hey man i live in Hurstville which is right near i know there's some good places in the City like Boxing Works but i don't know what there prices are. There's also a PCYC in the city that does boxing but again i don't know the prices.

There is also a boxing PCYC place in Redfern and again have no idea about the prices.

Finnaly there is a PCYC in Rockdale that has a Tszyu Boxing academy

If you want the address or number of the PCYC's or Boxing Works just Google PCYC in Sydney or Boxing Works

I think Johnny Lewis trains somewhere around Newtown.

The Boxing Works in the city is about to shut down (on Castlereagh ST) but a new bigger one is about to open up near Oxford St.
I ran into Peter Graham (former k-1 fighter) at a pub in sydney and he said he might be involved with its management.
I'm sure if you google search around Newtown there will be some closer ones, too.
