holland - cor hemmers(dekkers trainer and father in law)or jan plas(kamans coach)if either of them still coach.
u.k -the likes of richard smith bad company gym, mick mullaney wicker camp, master sken.
u.s - saekson janjira(if he is still in the u.s?).

He was a world champion fighter who retired in the late 80's. He had about 130 profights with 118 wins. He has trained many champions and is usually associated with the K-1 fights (or at least he used to be). He has been around a long time but is not the biggest name in the industry buthe is well known in Japan. He fought around the 118 or 130 lb class.
Yuki teaches at Pistons gym in Socal.
