Your punches seem fairly fast from what I could tell. It's good you're filming yourself to catch mistakes. I did this when I first started training, and used a mirror also.
Keep it up, man. You got guts posting yourself on the net, and asking for help.

awesome
yea i can see what you mean about the staying planted because i can see that i'm not balanced
my chin is exposed and my hands aren't high enough to protect my head...awsome advice bro

Not sure if you are doing this, but your problem may be that you aren't putting enough weight on the lead foot. Furthermore, the lead foot should ALWAYS be ahead of your head. Once you do this it should automatically lower your chin a bit because your back will slope forward a bit.
You do move fast as shit for a big guy.

I can't tell that well, but when you do your uppercuts they are like all arm, bend your knees a little bit, and then throw up the uppercut as you are raising your body.
It does look better than your last clip, and it's only been a couple of days, so keep up the good work.

i tried it and i felt the difference
i'm gonna watch some old tyson clips and also practice bending at the legs for more power
awesome bro

i see your point now
maybe this is why i constantly cross my feet during sparring and end up losing my balance
i forgot all about the basic footwork but i also like the point you made about the foot being forward so the chin will automaticially lower it self which will make it easier for me to keep my chin in
i will work on better foot placement and body control
awesome advice bro
