You either want it or you don't. If you want it, make a goal for yourself and achieve it. When i was offered a fight on two weeks notice a couple days ago, instead of saying "oh wow i dunno, i'm not quite in fighting shape right now" i was jumping up and down like a little kid in excitement.

I train hard because I love the sport. I would be in the gym everyday if I could, but work and everything else in life gets in the way. I'm still in high school too keep training have fun with it.

There's no trick answer to this, either you want to do it or you don't. If you do then do it. There is absolutely no excuse for lazyness.

Look at your quote. There's more to it. Cus also said "It's what they do that makes them different. In other words the hero feels the same as the coward, but the hero stays and fights when the coward walks away."

Which are you? Now, which would you like to be?

9 times out of 10 with you kids the answer is always right in front of your face. You're just scared. Scared of hard work, discipline, and consistency. And if your first thought when I say that is "NO I'M NOT!!" That's like when I punch a guy in the stomach and he has to make a point to tell me through gritted-teeth "THAT DIDN'T HURT!!" Trust me, these things are not to be feared. They're the keys to success. So suck it up, quit crying, and put in the work.

If you can quit and you do not miss it then just move on.

If you want to do it but are just unmotivated then you should ........... ah never mind. I just lost the motivation to continue the post.

If it was for me, i would be stuck in the gym all day. I like hitting the gym and forget about everyday life. If you are going to take time off, dont take months off. It will hurt you.
