Okay, I figured the classification system would get torn.

Largely I distinguished between upper and lower by EMG's I've seen and- I'm rather embarrassed to say- Arnold's old Encyclopedia.

Skydivers are an exercise I got out of Ben Cook's basketball fitness book. You lay on your stomach. You spread your legs and bend your arms so that your elbows are at a 90 degree angle: the familiar position of a skydiver. Then you raise your arms and legs off the floor a few inches and hold. It's static, but it's killer.

Butt rows might have a different name. That's where you sit with your torso upright and your legs straightened together and out in front of you. You raise your legs off the ground, then draw your knees into your chest, kick them back out, repeat.

And, ah yes, the elusive "Power Iron Coil." Not to be mistaken with the inferior and more metrosexual "Iron Coil." I will amend.
