a lateral bridge is when you lay on your side and do the same bridging thing you'd normally do in the pushup position. apparently it's hard.
it's a cool list of good exercises, but i too don't "get" your classification system. especially the "upper abdominal" section. why not just call it the "weighted movement" or something like that?
