also, how'd you distinguish upper from lower abdominals? and why not a section on transverse? it seems like I'm being super critical and I've yet to say nice job (nice job by the way!), but as far as I can tell it's pretty comprehensive. this is going to save me from retyping my list of ab exercises every time the topic comes up.
Couple things I don't recognise on there:
what the hell are Skydivers, butt rows, or lateral bridges? and it's the power iron coil, not just the iron coil... you need power in there to make it kewler.
