bench 5rep today was plates and 35's. I feel like a pussy cause im not even doing doubles haha. I worked pretty hard in the gym today so I'm happy for that atleast. Power cleaned, benched, lat pulldown, longpull, leg pressed and owned the bear squat. I had like 9 plates on that mofo
