5:30pm
20oz glass of skim milk
PB&J on Whole grain white bread
1 apple

7:15pm
Jump Rope 4X 2 minute rounds
Clap Push-ups 3X12
Box Jumps 4X 20 alternating jumps
Burpees 3X 1 minute timed rounds
3 tablets BCAA

8:15pm
2 carrots
1 can of tuna
2 slices of multigrain bread

1/2 of a banana
