triangle protection
ok so tonight i wrestled this huge guy he was about 250...i am 144 you do the math...he never trained, and he just had strenth weight on me (obviously).
so i have my tringle set, his arms across and hes getting red, just as i go to pull his head down... he just stands up(luckily for me he didn't slam me cause were good friends so i just jumped off)
so what can i do to ensure that he doesn't stand up?
BTW, I did have a grip on his inner thigh and i realised it to finalize, so should i just have choked him with the sheer force of the legs--what if that isnt enough?
ok so tommorow night ill talk to my instructor and sort it all out, but i was just curious.
