Small bag of Wheat Thins
2 slices of swiss cheese

My wife bought these small pizzas from Schwann's. They weren't bad, and they weren't too bad as far as fat and crap goes, either:
1 small personal pan tomato/basil pizza of multi-grain crust
¾ small personal pan pepperoni pizza on whole wheat crust
bowl of carrots
Spinach with olive oil & vinegar
12oz glass of skim milk

5:30PM
1 cup of cottage cheese

6:40pm
Baked breaded Italian chicken breast
Sweet corn
Whole Grain Spaghetti with 5 turkey meatballs
12oz glass of skim milk
