Have no source for this. He was on BBC's(I think) HardTalk more than a year ago. But I think it's pretty obvious that there have been/are innocent people there. AND that torturing is a very counter-productive tool in questioning. You don't get some vital intelligence that way, you get what you want to hear. Plus, it also raises more hostility towards the US.

Whether they're guilty, innocent, who cares. Blood asks for more blood, and if they're innocent, fuck it, the free world doesn't want to know. He probably did something else that was not ethical.
