Apparently I can’t add, because I went down too much weight on the 2nd set of the military press. Oh well, that’s alright. My shoulder is still a little freakin’ sore. It’s starting to piss me off.
Dips 3X8
Used two chairs facing away from each other and it worked out ok. The backs of the chairs are squared off, though, so they dug into my hands, but not too bad. It’ll have to do.
Cable push-downs 3X10

3 eggs
2 pieces of whole wheat toast
½ cup of cottage cheese
Multi-vitamin
3 pills MSM/Glucosamine
1 pill Omega 3 complex
2 caspules BCAA

I hate not having a spotter. I feel like I'm not going as heavy as I may be aboe to if I just had someone there and knew that if I did have trouble that I wouldn't freakin' get crushed! Like, next week I wanted to try starting out with 210 or 215, but I am very hesitant. Oh well, I guess I'll figure something out.

10:00 am
Protein Shake
1½ cups of milk
5 Frozen Strawberries
1 heaping Scoop of protein powder
1 tbsp cane sugar

12:45 pm
10oz sirloin steak
Bowlof chicken noodle soup
Real mashed potatoes
Mixed veggies

2:45 pm
14oz 1% milk

6:25 pm
Handful of peanuts

7:15 pm
Pot Roast with carrots, onions and potatoes
Bowl of spinach
2 garlic and cheese biscuits
12oz glass of milk
3 pills MSM/Glucosamine
1 pill Omega 3 complex

8:45 pm
Fruit smoothie (gotta' get some fruit somehow!)
