This thread reminds me of the guys who do 2 sets of 8 for weight lifting, twice a week. And they do this because anymore would be "overtraining". Some people need to watch a college, or even high school football team hit the weights, or an organized wrestling team do conditioning, and then ask them what overtraining is.
