I did a 180kg(396lbs) good morning. that was my goal and will probably never try heavier, even though I felt there was more.
Situp with 70kg(154lbs) DB on chest. It was still explosive, but there are no heavier DBs at the gym.
Alternating DB OHP 39kg(82lbs). I missed the 41.5kg lift which was my goal.
one arm pullup 2.5kg(5.5lbs)+BW. Felt good.
Pullover in neck-bridge position 42kg(92lbs). Dont try this until you can comfortably do 20 neckbridges with arms stretched out behind your head.
Yesterday
Saxon bend 52kg(114lbs). this is gruesome to max.
Squat 180kg. quick, crisp lift. I've got an overuse injured left foot which cramps up all the time, so I dared not go heavier. More to come here though.
DB raise, full range to OH position 21kg(46lbs). 23.5kg I bent my arms and thus it cant be counted.
BB row 130kg(286lbs). Less than my goal. i need to work this.
