1. go 2

2. type in your email address (wasnt sure what 2 do there but that works 4 me) lol
3. go 2 browse and click browse and search 4 the file on ur comp
4. click send at the bottom, then wait 4 it 2 load
5. after it is finished copy the link thats given 2 u into ur post
