I am REALLY sick of people saying don't eat meat for the sake of the environment...optimal nutrition and political/ethical/environmental ideologies are VERY different subjects. It needs to stay that way.

If someone wants to say that meat consumption is going to destroy the planet, fine, but don't tell me that by not eating meat we're going to save the planet AND be healthier...because that's bull.
