Monday 3rd August.

Away visting family for a week so just going to tr and grab a couple of quick workouts, no jiu Jitsu

weight = 119.1KG

Dumbell Bench Press
27.5kgx6x2 sets(3 minutes rest)
30kgx2x6x1 set
20kgx2x8x3 sets (40 seconds rest)

Cross trainer - 8minutes, hr 125bpm

Pulldown
80kgx5x3 sets(3 minutes rest)
50kgx2x8x3 sets (40 seconds rest)

Cross trainer - 8minutes, hr 125bpm

Bridges from knees 3x45 seconds

10 minutes grappler (endless rope type device)
