Weight - 119.6kg 263lbs down from 136.5kg 300lbs at the begining of April
BJJ
warmed up with guard passing, covered a sitting arm bar from standing, moving on to an omaplatta if they pulled their arm out to defend, a swwep if they defended the oma and then a choke from side control.
Rolled for about 60 minutes before class and 20 at the end.
