I guess GI isnt relavent in fat oxidation afterall, but rather carbs in general.

Regardless, in most cases, high GI foods wont affect sugar crashes if you eat an ideal amount of fat and fiber anyway, but of course it doesnt mean you should replace all our veggies with ricecakez.

And yeah I agree, LM did say that athletes who train blunt insulin, so all of this is even LESS relevant to a hard training athlete
