Because Joe Rogan hyped him up in his last win and made him out to be the heir to Semmy Schilt's throne??? The guy has a great chin, clearly as he took a few bombs from Kongo and not only survived but went on the offense immediately with takedowns. He picked Kongo up and slammed him multiple times, dragged him around and out clinched him the entire fight yet still looked like he had a few more rounds in the tank. Considering his biggest test so far (in my opinion) came against Jake O'Brien I think this was a massive step up for Cain and while he hit a few speed bumps along the way he showed he is a better MMA fighter than Checik Kongo and deserves to be considered in the top 10 UFC heavyweights. If a title shot comes his way don't expect him to pass it up, who would? But don't for one minute think this guy is gonna stop evolving, title shot or not Cain is one of the brightest talents in the sport and the people who shit on him are frankly dickheads who have no sense.
