The difference is that Faber is a good fighter, whereas Rich Franklin has never demonstrated that. A controversial decision win against the Axe Murderer does not a superstar make, especially as that is the only high profile win of his career.

Faber might have also won if he hadn't broken his hands. Brown didn't do much to win that fight and couldn't finish a man with a jacked hand.

That being said, Faber might want to take this opportunity to cut weight or go to Japan or something.
