Friday 3rd July.
No gi class - taught again as instructor was cutting weight for his weight in today. warmed up with different positional rolling and after my mind going blank for no gi stuff to cover worked some chokes from side control, reverse arm triangle, brabo and then brabo to reverse arm triangle when they defend.
