Yeah i've played handball before in my teens too.And it was very funny but the problem is to get enough people and a place to play it.But i'm thinking if i start doing some cycling and uphill sprints a couple times each with some muscle training for my upperbody and core it will make some good impact.But i live at home with my parents and i'm trying to eat healthy and it's kinda hard because we're norwegian and they eat alot of food with potatoes and i'm trying to be healthy and eating protein rich food with little carbs but i don't really know alot of food i can eat.It's like i know about red meat to get proteins and chicken without skin and it's okay (i'm very sick and tired of food) but i don't know what to have beside the beef and chicken.Like can i eat pasta or rice? if you got some good healthy food tips just write it down.Thanks for the help btw.
