I bought Twins special 16oz, but I don't know I'm wrong..

I do approx. 70% training (on heavy bag) and 30% sparring. Others have 10-12oz gloves, but I read on this forum that 16oz are best for amateur..

Probably I can change it for 12oz, do you suggest to change it for 12oz or not?
