Out of shape bastard
Hi, i am currently a fat slob that's been doing some cardio for about 3 weeks only cycling.But i'm getting a heavy bag and i'm gonna get a bench so i can do some muscle training.But i was a pretty athletic guy in my teens i was a talented goal keeper in soccer and had a pretty good conditioning even though i smoked and always been overweight since i was 3 years old.Now i wanna start getting in shape again i've been going downhill since i was 16 now i'm 23, i had som psychic problems that involved depression so i let it all go to hell.And i'm in very bad condition just gotten my blood pressure under control and it's okay now.So i want to start training again but at home with the things i said i was buying and other things you can tips me with.I'm getting in shape because i'm a very competitve person and i nedd to compete in something and i've found out it's gonna be jiu jitsu and maybe boxing.So do you guys have any good tips for me who's in a real bad shape so i can loose pounds and get in shape so i can get starting in jiu jitsu i'm about 130 kg that's about 275 pounds close to 300.I got bj like flexibility in my legs so i don't need tips for stretching, but things i can do and things i can use to get a good start doing jiu jitsu and boxing.I told you my whole story so you know bad of a shape i am in.
