might omit the BW sets after the main set. Or just do 1 set. the 'pump' afterwards leads to me believe im overworking my arms/biceps.
All in all a good session. The lead up sets to my max rep set on both sohp/chins were heavy and i had no thoughts about even breaking past required reps. Really happy with the session today.
